Who We Are
DA Synergie is an established software development company with more than a decade of experience in custom software, industrial automation, ERP systems, production management, SQL reporting, KPI dashboards, HMI/SCADA integration, PLC communication, serial and Ethernet device integration, communication middleware, low-level device drivers, and industrial data acquisition.
Company Origin
DA Synergie was created because industrial systems were beginning to expose more data through Ethernet and standard protocols, but many companies still faced a practical gap between automation and IT. Automation systems had PLCs, HMIs, serial devices, printers, scales, and industrial components, while IT departments often managed servers and databases without a complete understanding of the underlying equipment.
From Integration to Software
Over time, the work evolved from individual integrations into a broader software practice. DA Synergie has supported projects involving PLC and HMI data exchange, SQL reporting, ERP integration, batch and traceability reporting, scale and ticket printing, product label printing, serial device integration, Ethernet communication, industrial data acquisition, and low-level effector control.
Areas of Experience
- Industrial automation and custom software
- ERP systems and production management
- SQL reporting and KPI dashboards
- HMI and SCADA integration
- Serial and Ethernet communication
- Middleware, device drivers, and laboratory environments
Why Commercial Products
After years of custom projects, recurring problems became clear: industrial software was often expensive, developer tools were restricted, runtime licenses were costly, tag limits complicated expansion, subscriptions increased long-term cost, and older platforms such as Windows XP and legacy HMI systems needed replacement. DA Synergie’s commercial products were created to address these issues with practical engineering and maintainability in mind.
Product Philosophy
DA Synergie software is designed to reduce unnecessary barriers in industrial automation, including excessive licensing cost, proprietary lock-in, limited troubleshooting access, discontinued platforms, and avoidable subscription dependency.
Core Principles
- Practical engineering over marketing
- Documentation is part of the product
- Architecture before implementation
- Maintainability over short-term appearance
- Vendor independence where practical
- Safety before convenience
- Affordable long-term ownership
- Tools should help technicians troubleshoot systems
Looking Forward
DA Synergie continues to develop software that is practical, durable, and respectful of the realities of long-lived industrial environments.
