Beta / Test Software
Software provided through the DA Synergie Beta Program is under development and has not completed DA Synergie production qualification.
Beta software may behave abnormally, contain defects, stop unexpectedly, produce incorrect results, or include incomplete functionality.
Beta software is provided for evaluation, testing and feedback only and must not be relied upon for production operation, machine safety, process safety, or critical applications.
Use the Current/Stable release for production systems.
The statements above describe important risks. They are not a complete list of every possible Beta failure mode.
What else you should expect
- Beta functionality may change.
- Beta releases may be withdrawn or replaced.
- Beta releases may not be backward-compatible with later builds.
- Preserve backups before testing.
- Stable and Beta versions of the same DA Synergie product are not intended to be installed simultaneously.
- Follow the product-specific installation, uninstall, and upgrade instructions.
Beta Program membership is free. It does not purchase a product, create an invoice, or issue a separate Beta licence. Licensed operation of a product continues to follow that product's normal licence.
